Humidity is still high, but the temp was in the low 70's. It was hot, but I felt good. Tried to keep my pace consistent and steady and concentrate on form. My legs were kind of tired the last 2 miles.

Great miles for the week! No slacker here, (like you said you were in Sunday's entry!) Hot and humid is hard!

Nice miles! Impressive in the high humidity--and even though 70s seems cool in comparison to 90s, that's still pretty warm :)

I wish I could store up some of the hot and humid for the middle of January when my eyelashes have a nice coat of white and the dog has whiskercicles. :)

What time do you run at? I find if I don't run early enough in the morning I don't end up running later b/c it is soooo sticky out! Blech! Great job gettting it in today!

I try to get out in the morning. Lately it just doesn't cool off at night. So it doesn't take much sun to get the temp up and the humidity is already up. I can't complain to much. In a few months I will be dreaming of days like this.
