Perfect weather for a run. Tried to keep it up tempo the whole way, but I struggled. All in all I am happy with the run. I hate speed workouts. My IT is giving me some trouble. Nothing like last time when I had to quit running for a month. We'll see, I may cut back on mileage. I know I would benefit from X-training. I just prefer to run.

Great tempo/speed work! Those are some pretty quick times. I'm hoping maybe after a few more weeks I might be ready for some tempo runs, but I feel like my base is still not very solid yet. Plus whenever I do speed work my IT starts to act up.. Definitely be careful with yours! Have a great day..
