Ran 3 very hot, sweltering miles with the team this morning. Ugh! I like the heat, but this humidity is a killer. I wish we could bottle the heat and pull it out in January. That would be perfect! 

Ran 3 on the TM @ 8:34 for 1 1/2 and 8:13 for last 1 1/2.

My daughter lives in Bismarck and she saw a guy running today in a long sleeve sweatshirt with the hood up and long sweatpants. The temp was around 95 with 75% humidity. There is a big wrestling tourney up here in a couple weeks. That is the only reason I can think of why someone would do that.

By the way: have you heard anything from Tracy?

Running in that stuff is definitely a good way to drop some quick weight, I guess!
