Tried the 10K hill program tonight. I'm not sure what the incline is, because I was to busy concentrating on staying on the treadmill and breathing. It was ugly. I only did 4 miles of that program. Then ran 2.2 at 8:34 pace. I'm going to keep working at it. I'm such a flatlander. Temp -3. Windchill advisory. It's going to be a cold week.

Ick. It was warmer here today and yesterday. I think we're supposed to get colder temps, too, but I hope not THAT cold!

Keep at those hills! I love the way you are pushing yourself!

Great job on the hill program. Hills are definitely tough, but I am sure you will be glad you did them when you are running the Golden Gate 7 miler! It will be painful for me to start running the roads around my house when I come back in a couple more weeks. As much as I miss running, the thought of sucking wind on a short 3 miler definitely depresses me. Slow and steady is what I tell myself on the really steep ones :)
