Raging head cold turned into a raging sinus infection. Doc, meds and rest.

Ron and I and the dogs went for an easy 3 in the snow. Temp wasn't to bad at 18 and it was breezy. Just good to be out side! Thought my knee and hip would give me trouble since I have run twice in 2 weeks, but they both felt pretty good.

Lots of flood talk and edgy people. The waiting is the worse. Looks like the water will start flowing end of this month.

Glad you're back out there! I've been wondering how you've been doing!

I bet people are on edge--I think they're probably anticipating the worst of situations, and the unknown is always a pretty powerful fear! Are all the sandbags in place?

Sandbags are still being filled at "Sandbag Central". They will start delivering to the neighborhoods along the river next week. Our town is filling 3000 on Saturday. It could be any place between a record flood or a non-event. Depends on how much moisture we get this month, how fast the melt happens, ice jams, etc.
